UPDATED AUGUST 22ND, 2004

I took the old Merc' to Greenfield Dragway in Greenfield, Nova Scotia Today.

I had serious traction issues on the 1st pass, spinning the tires for about 200-feet and my time was a 16.3 @ 92.3mph - pretty bad!

ready to rumble!!!

Me and my father-in law Fred discussing my last time-slip.

Here I'm removing the front sway bar for better weight transfer and hopefully more traction!

I took my old Merc to Queens County Raceway in Greenfield, Nova Scotia, Canada on Sept 6th, 2003. I planned on making about 6 passes down the 1/4 mile but after my first pass I realized that the spider gears in my rearend had locked up so my day was done. My open diff became a posi at the green light thanks to a hard launch and wheel hop. However, my time was a 14.42 @ 95.33MPH so I was happy with that, 13's are attainable with a few more mod's.

Thanks to the crew at QC raceway for refunding my entry fee when they heard I broke on my 1st pass.  www.qcraceway.ca
